Step back in time to taste a steak that is juicy, tender and has a flavor beyond compare.
Just as Omar Hill aged his steaks in the 40’s, we are dry aging a limited number of 10 oz N.Y. steaks for those lucky few. Steaks will be dry aged for over 50 days.
Start your dinner with Omar’s famous salad tray and our warm wheat berry bread. We will grill this exquisite 10 oz steak to your liking
(We suggest medium rare).
This evening’s entrée will be served with Cheesy Bacon Wrapped Potato Rose, Creamed Spinach Bourbon Caramelized Onion Butter.
