a sauté of fresh local Morels, fingerling potatoes, and fresh peas.

THIRD COURSE
Charcuterie board of house cured pork coppa, smoked Alaskan Steelhead, candied hazelnuts, fresh berries, local honey comb, and pickled beets.

FOURTH COURSE
Braise pork shoulder; hop smoked barley risotto with house cured bacon,
roasted cauliflower gratin.

Chocolate Decadence Torte with Phatt Matt Porter ice cream.
